Today, we're excited to announce the next milestone in our journey to help conversational AI teams collaborate and create better experiences - we've raised $20M USD in new funding led by Felicis Ventures, Craft Ventures, True Ventures, Cathy Pearl, Google, Operator's Collective, Ripple Ventures, Amazon, and the CEO's of Figma, InVision, Webflow, Ada Support, Eventbrite, and ProductHunt also participated in the round—bringing our total funding to 23M USD.
It's been amazing to watch Voiceflow quickly take the lead as the industry-standard collaborative tool for conversation design, prototyping and user testing.

Over the past 24 months, with the help of our customers & partners, we've learned an incredible amount about the needs of a modern conversational AI product team. With that feedback, we have been able to ship many product improvements, including:

- Smart prototyping for unmoderated user-testing

- 50% canvas speed improvement
- Dialog Management API and SDK
- Branded, sharable prototypes

What's next for Voiceflow
This round is a massive vote of confidence for conversation designers and their teams, even though it's still early days for Voiceflow, our industry and our customers.
I feel confident in saying we've built one of the best ways to design and prototype modern conversational experiences. Still, we have a long way to go to building the tool that conversation design teams deserve.
We will continue doubling down on building the industry-standard conversation design platform that allows for dynamic, contextual, usable and most importantly – scalable, conversation designs.
In the future, we'll introduce new products focused on streamlining the workflow for modern conversational AI teams. Today, however, we are determined to build the most robust foundation for conversation design, team collaboration, and documentation.
