Welcome to Launching a Production Q&A Slack Agent

Hey, I'm Alex! 👋 As well as working as a co-op on Voiceflow's Growth team, I also help organize Hack the North, Canada's largest student hackathon. In this course, I'll walk you through the process of developing a production-grade AI agent for our Slack, which made answering questions during the event significantly more efficient.

Throughout this course, you'll learn:

• How to plan your agent, and get stakeholder buy-in
• The development process and architecture that I used when building Goose Guide Bot for Hack the North
• The ways I implemented Quality Assurance into my development process, and iterated on the concept
