We're introducing Voiceflow Credits—a streamlined, transparent billing system designed to simplify how you track and manage your usage across all Voiceflow features. Voiceflow Credits provide a unified way to measure usage across all platform capabilities:
- Automated phone calls
- LLM (Language Model) responses
- Text-to-Speech minutes
- Messages
- …and more!
No more complicated token calculations or confusing pricing structures. Just a clear, straightforward credit system that gives you instant visibility into your usage.
We've also simplified pricing for folks who need additional editor seats. Additional editor seats are now just $50 per month with no caps or complicated restrictions. Add as many team members as you need, whenever you need them.
Lastly, we’ve enhanced our dashboard so that you can track your total credit consumption; whether it’s across all agents or diving deep into individual workflow steps

- Play with the calculator to understand your usage. Chances are, you’ll be unaffected.
- Will my monthly bill increase?
- There are three changes you should be aware of:
- Annual plans are shifting from a 20% to 10% discount.
- We're dropping the price of additional editor seats down to $50 / editor with no restrictions on the number of seats that can be purchased.
- The base level for Business (formerly Teams) plans will increase from $125 to $150.
- For most organizations, the decrease in editor seat pricing means that you’ll see your monthly plan decrease.
- There are three changes you should be aware of:
- When do these changes go live?
- Tuesday, April 29th
- Do credits rollover from month to month?
- Credits expire at the end of your subscription period. This means that if you are on a monthly subscription, credits do not roll over from month to month. If you are on an annual subscription, then you receive all of your annual credits at once and can use them as you see fit within that subscription period.
- Will I be automatically charged if I go above my allotted credits?
- No, when you are approaching your limit you will be notified. Organizations have the option to choose if they want to receive automatic Tier upgrades.
